文献解读 | 单细胞RNA-seq解析肝细胞癌中CTCs的空间异质性及免疫逃逸机制
复旦大学附属中山医院樊嘉院士团队于2021年在《Nature Communications》期刊发表题为"Dissecting spatial heterogeneity and the immune evasion mechanism of CTCs by single-cell RNA-seq in hepatocellular carcinoma"的论文，通过对肝细胞癌（HCC）患者血管4个不同部位（肝静脉、周围动脉、周围静脉、门静脉）的CTCs进行单细胞转录组测序，描述了血液传播过程中CTCs转录组的动态变化，并进一步研究了CTCs可塑性的分子机制。
